Augurithm Enterprise follows the way sound decisions actually form: individual reflection first, committed positions second, structured examination third, synthesis and commitment last. Each stage has a purpose-built instrument, and every stage contributes to the cognitive engine.
Think (AI Twin)
Each participant begins in a private AI workspace with the frontier model of their choice. New models become available as they are released. Every model operates through Augurithm's intelligence engine, which maintains a consistent standard: structured reasoning, candid assessment, and a deliberate absence of flattery. This is where individual thinking develops before it enters the room.
Position
When the thinking is ready, it is contributed. Each participant posts their position to the shared canvas under their own name, and may amend and repost as their view develops. The canvas reflects what the team thinks now.
Map (Canvas)
As positions arrive, the platform maps them: parent nodes, child nodes, and the connections between them, each connection labelled with the relationship identified and an explanation of the reasoning. The team gains a clear view of the structure of its own thinking, including divergences that had not previously been visible as divergences.
Examine (AI+Human)
Every node and connection carries an analysis panel covering dimensions such as blind spots, tensions, and stimulations. Colleagues are mentioned by name. Augurithm AI is brought in the same way. Specialist agents are selected as the problem requires; they review the full discussion and respond with analysis grounded in the canvas, the conversation, and real-time exclusive data. When the team reaches agreement, a single action carries the resolution back to the canvas.
Synthesise (Agents)
Some questions span the map rather than residing in a single node. Participants select any combination of nodes and connections, initiate the analysis, and Augurithm AI assesses the selection as one connected problem, returning a synthesis for the team to examine. The discussion then proceeds with the full team and agent roster until the conclusion holds.
Commit (Report)
At the close of the session, the report is generated: the positions taken, the tensions examined, the analyses run, the resolution reached, and the reasoning throughout. Every participant has access through the portal and receives a copy by email. The session then joins the organisation's cognitive engine, which continues to draw on it.
